Welcome to Alicia Tate Yoga!! I am so excited you’re here!!

So here’s the thing...yoga studios can be too noisy, too busy, too far away, too hot, too cold and too hard to schedule in. Buuuut, Yoga is amazing for body awareness, stamina and strength, mindfulness, being a better human, and keeping ourselves company when we are just THE WORST.

So, yes we want yoga in our life.....buuuuuut, we also want someone who knows what they’re talking about to lead it. ‘Cause YouTube is super helpful until you wanna get consistent or don’t want to have to pick another class when you’ve already made 36 decisions that day!
